In order to make a purchase you need to register by filling in your login and password. Only you can use this login and password to register in our internet (web) - shop. The login and password is used by the system to identify you, show you the history of orders and let you check the state of your current order.
In basket you can identify the quantity of products or delete the order from the basket. You can always check and change the content of the basket.
In basket you can see the ordered articles. You can send your order by clicking the appropriate button. After you will receive an e-mail confirming the order you have sent. Prices
There are no prices on our website. Every customer will get individual price, which will calculate from item and shipping cost to customer delivery address.
You will receive prices after sending the order or by “Contacting” us.
The prices will be sent to you in US dollars or Euro, depending which currency you prefer. The prices include all kinds of taxes.
We are happy to offer our clients up to 40% discount on specific items presented on our web-site. We also can check our discount crystal glass art items on our “Discount Sales” page.
Some new crystal glass arts don’t have prices yet. This may happen in case of complicated hand-craft (hand-made) production.
Ordered goods will be delivered to the customer within 14 working days, from the day we’ve received the payment for the design item that has been finished.
In case of exclusive, piecework or limited series goods the time of delivery depends on the type of product:
- individual order in quantity of 1 item will take 30 to 90 days to complete
- production of exclusive items for interior will take 5 to 30 days to complete
- production of individual unique items will take 20 to 45 days to complete
In case of order canceling the customer needs to send us an e-mail stating the number of order, which he or she cancels.
In case the customer already paid the order and we have sent the order to the customer, the shipping cost and % (from 1 to 5%) of total order cost won’t be returned to the customer. The % depend on the design item customer is buying, the more difficult to make crystal glass art the more % of the total cost won’t be returned to the customer.
In case the customer is not satisfied with the product he or she should send us a written complains within 1 month from the taking of delivery.
The returned goods should be clean, in original box from the design atelier.
The customer has to add the list of returned goods, stating the number of damaged order and the reasons of return.
The goods damaged during the delivery should be returned within 2 days from the taking of delivery. Otherwise the seller takes no responsibility for their compensation.
The maximum period for solving the return request is 30 days.
In case the seller agrees with the return he must according to his wish either replace the damaged product with the new one or refund the money in the amount of product price.
The return policy does not include refunds of products damaged as a consequence of misuse or damaged by the post services.
Receiving the ordered piece The seller guaranties that he will receive only quality and finished crystal glass items from design ateliers; examine and verify that the obtained items and the item customer order is the same, have the same color, size and qualities. Packaging
After verifying the ordered item, the seller packages the item, so it would be safe enough to transfer the items to the customer by post (parcel) services.
We guarantee you the security of data. All information concerning the customer is secured against misuse and will not be passed to other people. All data sent by the customer will be used only in order to complete the order.
You will receive some e-mails with new hand works and crafts after the order is completed.
In order not to receive such e-mails it will be enough to send once an e-mail with confirmation that you don’t want to receive such e-mails.
