
Right to return
When you purchase online you have a statutory right to return goods up to 7 days after receiving your order: this is the cooling off period. We can change or cancel an order up until it is dispatched. If the order has been dispatched, you can return the unused goods to us and we will organise a refund.
Please note that: hygiene products are non-returnable, including nail scissors, glass/crystal nail files, tweezers, hair and makeup brushes.
If you want to return purchased items, you must follow the guidelines:
• Use your personal space account on our online shop: My Orders> Orders> Details and follow the instructions in the "Merchandise Return Section".
• If you are not registered user, use Guest Tracking section.
However, if you are experiencing any problems or you have any doubts using methods mentioned above, you must notify us via e-mails or via other given contacts, with details of your order.
Refunds policy
Once you have notified us that you wish to return package, any sum debited to us from your credit card or PayPal account will be re-credited to your account and in any case within three to five (3-5) working days of your cancellation. However, you will be responsible for the cost of returning the item to us.
If you have cancelled your purchase, we will process the refund due to you as soon as possible.
If you are not satisfied with a product for any reason e.g. if it is not what you ordered, it is damaged or defective, or we have delivered an incorrect quantity, please return the product to us. Any breakages or damages must be reported to us within 24 hours of delivery. Once we have confirmed the product defect or other problem, we are oblige to:
- provide a full refund for any goods that are damaged or defective, if this is within a reasonable time following the sale; or
- at your option, repair or replace the goods at our cost (including the cost of postage), unless this would not be possible or would be disproportionately costly in the circumstances, in which case we will refund to you the amount paid by you for the goods in question.
We usually refund any money received from you using the same method originally used by you to pay for your purchase.
While you do not need to give us any reason for returning and nor will you have to pay any penalty, it is essential that you return the items to us in the same condition in which you received them. You have a legal obligation to take reasonable care of the products while they are in your possession.
Despite your right to give us no reason, it would be a great help if you could briefly mentioned them, so we could improve our services.
