If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return your order. You can return goods up to 30 days after receiving your order.
- Products must be in the condition you received them and in the original box and/or packaging. You have a legal obligation to take reasonable care of the products while they are in your possession.
- Please note that: hygiene products are non-returnable, including scissors, glass nail files, tweezers, hair and makeup brushes.
- You will be responsible for the cost of returning the item to us.
If you want to return purchased items, you must follow the guidelines:
- Use your registered account on our online shop: My Orders> Orders> Details and follow the instructions in the “Merchandise Return Section”
- If you are not registered user, use Guest Tracking section.
Any breakages or damages must be reported to us within 24 hours of delivery. We are obliging to:
- provide a full refund for any goods that are damaged or defective; or
- at your option, repair or replace the goods at our cost (including the cost of postage), unless this would not be possible or would be disproportionately costly in the circumstances, in which case we will refund to you the amount paid by you for the goods in question.
Despite your right to give us no reason, it would be a great help if you could briefly mention them, so we could improve our services.
Once your return is received and inspected (usually 1-2 days after we get the return), your refund will be processed and a credit will be automatically applied to your credit card, PayPal or original method of payment within 3-5 days. Please note that depending on your credit card company, it may take additional 2-10 business days after your credit is applied for it to post to your account.
If you have cancelled your purchase, we will process the refund due to you as soon as possible (1-2 days).
